This is a ladies American Waltham Pocket Watch with "CW Mfg. Co, 14K, US ASSAT, stamped on the inside cover.  Both outside covers are filigreed with gold leaves, two large on each end of the case, resting in a bough of smaller leaves.  On the back of the timepiece itself are the numbers 8 5 4 9 7 6.  See attached photos:

Nos 9, 10, 12 and 20 from the Huson River Portfolio which exactly match those in the NYC Art Museum in size, coloration and margin attribution information. 

I dont know much about it. I want to sell it and need to know a fair price. It is in good shape. has curved glass, a working key, and a light on the inside. I cant find any markings or signatures.

 Bought by my mother in a Colonial Furniture store prior to 1964.  I am trying to find out the name of this painting as well as the value.
