Bottom is marked Bailey & Co., Phila., Hard Solder and #905. I believe the handle insulators are ivory. Engraved in the body are two dates, 1825 and 1875, with the initials HE in the middle. I think it might be an Anniversary piece, reason it's gold and the date span is 50 years. A #6 is stamped on the inside of the lid. It stands 5 1/2" tall, the Body radius is roughly 4", the Lid and Base radius's are 2 1/2".

We do not know where the item was originally purchased. T The organ was owned by deceased Step Father. He probably had it for more than 30 years.

A painting I have had in my possesion sine the early 1990's - have carried it around all these years - tried half-heartedly earlier to identify the signature - today identified it as Lee Reynolds - would love to know history & value.

6 pieces engraved with the initials MTJ

These coffee spoons were sent to my great grandparents from a relative in Norway after they had immigrated to Iowa from Bergen, Norway. They are in the original box (I believe the lining is silk), with an old  note from a great Aunt of mine that says they were sent to my great grandparents from Norway around the turn of the century. They are inscribed with their initials. They used them when they had coffee guests. They are very delicate silver spoons, 5 1/2 inches long with a 'pointed' spoon. They have the BH 830 S mark on the back of the stems. If my camera was in working order, I would love to send a picture!  My Aunt, who died at age 96  six years ago, wanted me to have them. She had kept them in a drawer for decades.
