This painting is a black and white oil painting, by an artist I only know as Burnett (see image of the signature).  The paiting looks as if the knife technique was used (but I'm not 100% sure of this).  The picture is of buildings in the background with a prominent tree and bridge over water.

Clemco 2 in 1 typewriter desk.  Im guessing 1940's. Desk mark indicates desk was made before company moved to chicago. 5 drawers,slide out leaf,and spring loaded typewriter stand.

A trinket box that is powder blue in color with raised white grapes on vines around top rim and on edge of lid. Made in occupied japan stamped on bottom in black.

Whole page is a manila color with some staining at the lower right corner. Stains do not make and print illegible. Not certain of the age as I am not completely certain if this is original.
