I purchased this from a gentlman who was liquidating his father's estate. The pieces being offered were very high end from paintings to bronzes. He said his father's house was decorated in Asian style.
A gentleman was liquidating his father's estate and sold me this vase. I have the original receipt for what the father paid for it in 1979 from an Antique Store. The receipt states that it is from the Tung Chih era.

They have never been removed from the box, and the boxes have been stored in a seal tight storage container all this time. 1994 was the Victorian Elegance, 1995 was the Victorian Elegance, and 1996 was the Yuletide Romance. Just curious at what these cost now.
