Free Antique, Collectible, & Art Appraisals
Hi -- I'm new to this site and to antiques. I was hoping to get some insight / information on this piece I inherited from my grandmother. She was an antique collector, so I thought this could be of value. It isn't in very good condition so I'm trying to decide if it's POSSIBLE to restore and/or makes sense financially to attempt restoration.

Question -- I love the detailed design on the table, is that hand-painted? Is it possible to restore that?
Silver bracelet, that depicits two dragons and a flower. Bracelet is hallmarked. It is hollow, and has some sort of beads, or something inside, so that when worn, and it moves it rattles, kind of like an American Indian rain stick. In the pictures the depresions/holes, go all the way through the thin skin of the bracelet , it is a very unique piece. There is a splice on the inside and a splice on the outside, it looks as if it was created from two pieces, the edges rolled, and the ends joined.
