York safe and lock company antique safe. 

Found this while garage sailing, can anyone identify?  The signature is hand written on the bottom. 

It is a spoon bont know what kind of metal is made out of as wood on it with an handle and some symbols and markings I don't know what they are could you help me out on this let me know if you can take or not appreciate it thank you.
