The little bird, which I presume is a peacock, is about 3 inches tall. Once the head comes off, the head turns into a pin, or dagger, or could be used to pierce something?? The tail also flips up and down. I have NO IDEA what it is for!! The head is a slightly worn from being "used" so many times. I am including some pictures. Can you please tell me what the little bird does?

I don't think the shade is original. Some of the hanging prisms are missing. Base needs cleaning.

Here I have The Holy Bible, A hardback leather cover with gold leaf or guilt pages. This bible has a blue velour feel protective case with a zip, and inside a hand made book mark which is made out of silk and tapestry that reads, "The Lord Is Thy Keeper". Inside the bible reads...

This bible is in good condition to say its over 200 years old and on the 2nd page somebody has written in the book, " Charles Anne Leather Book Oct 12 1868"
On the outside of the closed bible, there is some slight damage to the casing to the top which isn't really too bad considering the age of this book.

Have all originial paperwork

It is a picture of the Queen reviewing the troops in a horse drawn carriage. It is in color and on the bottom is a list of the names and ranks of the volunteers that were present including their units and Commanding officers.
