set of 4 hand carved, heavy , maybe fruitwood chairs ....all with the same carved maker initials on them ... could be AGG but not sure ... repairs to two chairs center round pieces, see photos ... wondering how old they are and if the rush seats are original and if anyone knows what the initials are
I received this after a friend passed away. I would love to know if it is Japanese, Chinese, or even if it's authentic and generally how old it might be. It appears to have a bit of discoloration.
