I do home remodeling, I found this intriguing looking tea pot that I couldn't resist, it has a band of decor going around the pot, with a lid and the spout has a strainer on it.

I also have the couch to match.  Both pieces have never been sat on & have been in the same plastic zipper covers that they came with.

This is a print that I am unsure of artist-would love any info you could provide. 

About six inches long At top.has Egyptian spinx at bottom is round with writing on it

I have had this watch for over 30 years, it was my grandfathers watch. Its in very nice shape and keeps time well. 

1912 hardcover of The Lost World (book was released in 1912.) In good condition, has been in plastic -- The book was a copy from the NY Public Library, it has stamps/markings from there
