1957 mid century colonial dining set

Description

This set includes a round table that has drop leaves.  In addition it has 2 removeable leaves that store below the table.  There are also 6 chairs, 2 of which have arms.  The hutch comes in 2 pieces.  The set is in excellent condition, and has been in my family since its purchase.  The table is generally only used during special occasions.


The dining room table is a circle with width of 58", Height is 29". Each leaf is 9" wide. The hutch is 54" wide, 18"deep, and 71.5" tall.

Westinghouse sewing machine

Description

The only thing that I can tell about this sewing machine is that it is black with red and gold pearlized art. It is in a case. There is some numbers on the motor hp:1/20, cycles DC60, volts 115, PRM:5000, Amps: 1.1, and Style1172503-A. There is also a silver plate on the machine it's self that says "Made in Japan" beside that it has a number 52471. It came with an extra belt.

I am assuming its William Zeran since i didnt find anyone else named Zran with the signature and art.  It seems really old from 30's ... oil painting in good condition.  Would like to know aproximate value.
