the arm piece that goes from one rocker all the way around down to the other rocker is one solid piece of oak. the arch in the back is also one solid piece of oak.
there is one figurine that has a man and a woman in colonial dress dancing a formal type dance, then there are 2 sets of a man and a woman in the same colonial dress sitting down having tea. each set of the tea figurines are made of three separate pieces: a man in a chair, and a woman in a chair and a little tea table in between them. all figurines are white and blue porcelian with a gold trim to them.
