The picture has a man sitting in colonial clothing that is white and gold holding a cup and saucer in his left hand on his lap. The seat he is on is not a single seat-more like a double-not a couch though. It is a pinkish color. He has on white leggings w/black shoes. His hair is black and pulled back into what looks to be kind of a pony-tail type. He has what looks like an ascot in a black down the middle of his chest. His long coat is open in the middle down to his waist. There is a table to his right that has a teapot and possibly a sugar bowl/creamer type set on it and also a plate. There is also a small table to his left with something on that. He is sitting with his back to a window that has a whitish see through curtain and then at the sides are heavy green draperies. Across from him is a woman also in colonial dress that is golden colored w/pink trim on the tiers of the dress (3 tiers). It looks like there is a black bow in the back of the dress. Her hair is blondish with some white and black highlights in it. She is playing the harp. On the wall between her & the man is a picture of a woman w/black hair & what looks like a green dress holding something in her right hand stretched out. Directly behind the woman playing the harp it looks as if there is a mirror reflection of her playing the harp. On the floor it looks like a green rug. The man's feet do not reach the floor and he's sitting completely straight back with his head tilted to his left.
