Cut glass, or pressed glass Punch Bowl, Pedastal, and 8 cups. I believe they are over 100 years old. They were given to me by a 75 year old lady who said they were handed down to her from her grandmother. Bowl, pedastal, and cups all look to have different patterns. There is a little oval marking on the bottom of pedastal I believe, but other then that I can't see any other markings. I have had this set for about 5 years and am very curious about the value and age.
This beautiful, very heavy, bronze carved box was purchased at a flea market. I would like to know anything about it or it's value. The top is carved as are all the sides. The inside of the box is lined with red silk. The box locks and has the origional key in the lock. Excellent condition.
I don't know what was us but the dresser in the pics is not right couldn't get them to delete the last pic is right, the buffet has surface scratches, but all hard ware is there, not breaks in the wood, the top is a different color of wood not sure if that is the way it was made or if someone tried to refinish although it doesn't really look like that either ?????
I trying to find if this piece is a reproduction. THe table opens up, the hind legs come out and secure the top of the table when opened. The front appears to be veneer fronts ; The legs are carved with a leaf design going down the legs. The bottom of the legs looks like a ball then a claw foot going over the ball. I have enclosed some pictures. thank you
