The spoon is of the U.S.N. Flagship Brooklyn. At the tip of the spoon is a small portait of Admiral Winfield Scott Schley. In the stem of the spoon is engraved "Commander of Flying Squadron". At the base of the spoon is a portait of the ship itself, with the name "U.S.N. Flagship Brooklyn" and "1898" printed around it.

A beautifully hand painted pot with 3 bluebirds on one side, and two peacocks on the other. The peacocks have gold painted in their tails in addition to the gilded feet and ring "handles".
The music box revolves and as it does the doors open and turn completely inside out revealing the dispenser/holders. A cherub is on top. Onthe three base legs there is a mask of perhaps a mythical God? On the inside there is another figure which might be of Pan.
