The painting was given to me by my mother who aquired it from my step father who passed away at 99 years old in 2001. It was given to him by his father. I am told it hung in his father's store for many years.
Need help knowing what this is and how much I can get for it. An older lady at the yard sale where I bought this told me it was very old and that you're supposed to put water in it and put a plant in it... it's like a planter.
