This cane rocker is wood and when I got it back in the early 1970's I had it re-caned. I would love to know what period it is from and how much it might be worth. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am older now and I am trying to put a date and history with my treasured pieces for my family after I am gone.
I am trying to find out the value of this 12 piece dinnerware or china set (don't know what it is made out of) It has a gold ring around all the rims and a green bamboo motif on all the items. My mother has service for 12 including plates, large oval server, tea pot, creamer, sugar, 12 tea cups, saucer plates and bowls. Picture is of bottom of tea cup and suacer and design. She received it as a gift from her brother who was living in Japan at the time (approximately 1957) She has been storing it in her house since. ( I can't get the images to upload.. I can email)
