This is a handmade silk kimono and obi, made for a tall man. The fabric is a beautiful butterfly pattern. It comes from 1904 or 1905, because it was made for my grandfather, George Freeland, who built the Pioneer Inn, the oldest hotel in Hawaii. He was 6'5", so it is a longer than usual kimono.
It is in excellent condition with no holes, rips, or tears.
I have a large white crock with a spout and handles. I have never been able to find out anything about it in thirty years. I would love to know what it was used for and what it might be worth. Thank You
This is a fruit plate wine decanter that was produced and hand painted in Italy. This was hung on the wall and at one time held 4/5 quart of Cherry wine. This decanter is in pretty good shape. The decanter is empty however, the cork is intact and assumed to be original.
