Ornate Vanity

Category
Home Furnishings
Condition
Fair
Description

I bought this in Oklahoma about 10 years ago. It stands 71", 51" wide and 19" deep. There is one wheel missing. The veneer has pulled away in the areas you can see. There is an ink stain on the top. The inside of the drawers are in great condition. The vanity is pretty solid, no give. I have no idea how to learn more about this or if it was just a reproduction.

B & H lamp

Category
Lamps and Chandeliers
Condition
Poor
Description

I was gifted this lamp and I've been trying to find more information about the brand, B & H, but without luck. It has a screw cap(as seen in the pic) which makes me think this was first a oil lamp which was then turned into a electric in the 1950s or so. But, that's just a guess.

It's not in very good condition, some parts are bent and the wiring is exposed. It looks like it's made of silver but I don't have a way to test it.

I am curious to know what time period this pitcher is from as well as what it is made from

It is VERY heavy

I tried to do some research, cannot come up with anything and it is difficult because there are no markings

Seems to be hand made, as well as hand painted

NO MARKINGS at all
