Large asian /chinese design pot which looks hand painted , no name or stamp on it 

I'd like to know how much my vanity is worth and what it's made out of. It's in great condition minus a scratch on the surface and two loose decorative pegs. Thank you.

Porcelain pottery vase mark indicated early St Petersburg.

The mark is blue and looks like a curved line (snake like).

The vase is 8" tall and weights about 2 1/4 lbs.  I would like

to know value of the vase.  The vase is in good condition.

   I have come across a runci painting in original wood designer frame from 1969.  

From research in Internet, sounds like a reproduction    Has Windsor art productions and Illinois moulding co on back with authentic print no.      

What is the value as reproduction or original? Also, would like to know if the original 1969 42x38(apprx) custom wood frame frame Illinois moulding co has value?
