Looking for information, including value, for an antique map by Williem Bleau.

It is described as a Americae nova Tabula Map of the United states and shows California <!--break-->

detached.  It is unusal from all the other similar maps on the internet as it has a date in the

bottom left emblem of  ( A 1622) and the other maps do not.  Is it more rare and unique?

It is in color and looks to be original.

Can anyone provide additional information about this photo? Including a potential value?

 When I purchased my home 4 years ago I was told by the previous owner That the chandelier in the dining room was worth quite a bit of money.  It has 18 lights with globes, and many, many crystals.  I believe that I have the vast majority of the pieces, though I have removed the globes since it has been stored in my attic.  Attached are the photos of my chandelier. I cleaned a portion of it, as the previous owner of the house was a smoker and I discovered that the crystals that looked bronzed were actually clear crystal.

Hopefully I have not messed it up by trying to clean it.

how much is this wash basin worth?  Dark stain antique wash basin. Spindle legs, candle holders, mirror and towel bars all in tact. White bowl and vase come with. purchased from estate sale for $50

The sword looks like a Maximilian I of Bavaria (1806 to 1825) made by Peter Wilhelm Knecht Solingen 1770 - 1825 or Peter Knecht 1825 – 1850. It’s very nice sword with an exceptional amount of the fire bluing and gilt still remaining on the blade with a brass lions head handle. The wire on the grip is loose and it has no scabbard.
