This fan is handpainted and very beautiful, it has been in our family for years. It is blue with hand painted flowers , has some character printed on the ends where paper is attached. Flowers are etched in a raised silver paint. It is in excellent condition.
The caseback reads: Base Metal, St. Steel Back, 5420-5159 (RO), 260436 and the band has 0503 engraved in it. I have no idea the model even of this watch and have had no luck in my research online. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks
