$25.00 / OBO • This is a vintage Sears, Roebuck & Co. lawn Fertilizer sprayer that hooks up to a garden hose. This is a Cross Country No. 1451 Fertilizer Sprayer, sold only by Sears Roebuck & Co / Simpsons-Sears LTD. The container, a glass bottle with metal top was made in USA. This is a great conversation piece for the office, garden cupboard, collector shelf, or in your potting shed for display. Being glass and I believe made in the 50s, not too many survived.

Please email me if you have questions or require additional information.

Hand made wooden Baroque style German gold guilded picture frame

Category
General Antiques and Collectibles
Condition
Mint
Description

I have aquired a what appears to be a hand made wooden Baroque Style German gold guilded picture frame.

It is approximately 29" tall and 37" wide; it holds a canvass/print that is 26.25" tall and 31.75" wide.

It has several markings on the back...

One is stamped or branded... hard for me to tell...:

"KING-Rahmen
handgaurbellet" (I think that is what spells/the printing is light)

one looks like it was written in pencil reads:

"M- 60.7/80.7
R+K Marketing"

(note the numbers after the points are written as super script with underlines... just could not duplicate that here... see the picture below.)

it also has what appears to written in pencil...:

"BF 4597 60 x 80"

and each marking is on a different side of the frame...

I have lots of pictures and I hope that helps... any light anyone could shed on the approximate value of this item would be appreciated.

Thanks so much...

Strange antique device

Category
Metalware
Condition
Good
Description

The handle part is the size of a quarter (held like a pair of scissors.  It is opened as far as it will go.  The metal is a soft metal, and is not magnetic, however, the spikes are as well as the hinge that holds it together.  I do not know what this is and was found 22 years ago when my fiancee was a boy, inside of a river in the mud.  Appears that there is little to no damage, and the patent number is almost completely visible.  It is also dangerously sharp. Any ideas?  What is it's worth?
