Franklin Hood Ornament?

Category
Vintage Automobiles
Condition
Good
Description

Can anyone tell me what this would be worth? I have seen pictures of other Franklin Hood Ornaments that have a base that says "Aura Vincit" on a round piece that was under the base of what you see here. Mine looks like it was yanked off the hood, leaving that round base on the automobile.

Ditmar Urbach not found online

Category
Ceramics and Porcelains
Condition
Good
Description

I have a plate/bowl that is made by Ditmer Urbach but I haven't found it anywhere online. It has a picture of a rooster in the middle left with dark green, dark blue, yellow and burgundy tail feathers and only yellow and burgundy body color. In the middle right there is a small bird that is black with a burgundy, yellow, and blue crest. Both birds have their tongues sticking out facing each other inward. They are standing on bright green grass. Around the perimeter there is black line that goes all the way around. There is 8 blue, 8-leafed  flowers around the perimeter with burgundy designes in between the flowers. On the back there is Ditmar Urbach with the picture of a star,a circle with a Z in it, then a wing on the right. Under it there is a made in Czechoslovakia. What I would like to know is whether or not this is real and/or part of a set. The price. Thank you and any help would be appreciated.

weird, huge "Rolled Gold" and pearl handle dinner knife, "Paris"

Category
Metalware
Condition
Good
Description

I've never seen a knife like this and could not find anything similar online. The knife  appears to be stainless steel with only Paris stamped on it, but the handle butt is stamped "rolled gold". The gold part is definitely in 2 pieces, and the pearl part is in 7 strips. THe pearl parts seem to be held on with an orangish glue of some sort.

Overall, this knife looks possibly hand made because you can see hammer marks on the end of the stainless part by the pearl and it's not perfectly symmetrical, etc.
