This is a small vintage wood table with holes on top. It appears that the holes may be for game playing, though not sure. I was given no history on this item, as it was handed down to me from my grandparents. Both have passed away, so I know nothing about this table. I would appreciate hearing from someone who is familiar with this table and the reason for the holes. The dimensions and weight are approximate and will be confirmed later. I am also interested in selling it. Thank you!
Rockford Furniture Company dining set. Table (no leaves) six chairs/one with arms, buffet. Excellent condition for its age. Wood finish is beautiful. Walnut.
This is a Magnavox Stereophonic Hi-Fidelity Astro-Sonic model 1ST635, serial 28036049 and in an oak finish (WAL) . I believe it was manufactured anywhere from 1960-1978. The radio works great and the speakers sound awesome. The only thing missing is the needle for the record player which I'm sure can be acquired cheap & easy.
These paintings have no color loss or fade at all, never removed from their original frames, and are in perfect condition, with a minor amount of paint loss on the frames, which I'm beginning to think is intentional by Mimi, as it adds to the style of the art rather than detracts from it, and every other still floral pastel of Mimi's I've seen from this era is the same. These chalk floral pastels are very hard to find still available for sale. They are always sold immediately, and with good reason: they make you smile. If you've ever owned a Mimi Joy (real name Mabel C. Heyde) you know what I mean! We have redecorated and have nowhere for these wonderfully uplifting works created by a wonderfully uplifting human. If you don't know about her, google her Bio, please.
