I'm not sure what this piece of furniture is called or when it was
manufactured, the 70¹s, I imagine.
I bought it on impulse in 2006 for $400.00.
It sat for weeks on my balcony unattended as I decided what to do.
Brilliantly crafted except for the Avocado relief.
I eventually found a refinisher and paid $750.00 to refinish IT along with
two other pieces. A steal!
Lo and behold this gem is Mahogany!
The beauty of the piece is that it closes up into a compact chest of
drawers.
Add 2 leaves it transforms into my daily workstation.
Add the other 3 (5 total) leaves and it becomes my 7 foot dining room table!

A popular pattern that features three lion heads on the stem. The factory produced several finial variations for the compote covers in this line: a crouched lion, a lion head, and a rampant lion. Frosted glass quickly proved popular for Gillinder and it began producing other frosted patterns that would also prove successful.

There are several cast Iron sinks in this old hospital. We are improving it for some church ministries. Would like to know if we could possibly sell these for a good price so we can pay for rehabilitation on our building. We have a Food Pantry, Addiction Recovery Program and Bible study program. We are wanting to start an in-patient addiction recovery program also, but the building needs work. So, we would really like to know the value of these please. If anyone can honestly help, please do.
