Set of collector cards from the 1950s. Printed in the USA by TCG. Mostly full collection. Numbered cards grouped by groups of tens. Sets laid out vertical have one of each number (ie. 10-19, 40-49 etc). Some doubles in collection.
I've tried doing some research, but having no luck with the "Red Seal Collector's Issue."
This particular recording seems to be on the market in a 33RPM version and originally recorded around 1926. I'm assuming this was issued in the 50's but the only marking in the runout is the B8RW and VID.
The sleeve is in good condition other than wear at the bottom where the record was dropped in. The vinyl is red and Mr. Kreisler's work is somewhat rare.
This artwork is by Leon Schlesinger. Who founded Leon Schlesinger Productions, which later became the Warner Brother Cartoon studio. Is this his signature and if so what is the name of this cartoon character in this print ? thanks for all your help George.
