14 piece ornately carved Burlington House dining room set--circa late 60s, early 70s. Used very little. THis set is in perfect condition with the exception of 2 small scratch marks on the China closet base caused by movers when bought. Solid wood and made in Lexington North Carolina.
I am selling these at my mom's estate sale and would like some idea of their value. The child of the child's chairs was born in 1965. The magazine rack, which I think is hammered brass, is at least that old. The table is probably 1970's, probably 30" high, has a goldish (possibly not original) finish on top, and has no markings. I do not have the exact measurements for any of these, but can add info later.
This is a big sofa painting that my mom had since at least the early 1970's. It is signed in the lower left-hand corner, but I can not decipher the name. The frame was Hecho in Mexico. My mom has passed away and I will be selling this at the estate sale and have no idea of it's value. I would appreciate even a very rough estimate of it's value.
I would like to know the value of this desk and chair for an estate sale. They were in the family since at least the early 1970's. I do not know if they are a set, but they were always used together. The chair does not have the original upholstery, which I think was a blue and green rougher fabric. I would really appreciate any info you can give me on these.
