Hi - Have been trying to ID this piece of handblown a while. What is is? who did it? Has some small specks of ember or coal in the glass. Stem on base is hollow. I am having trouble putting in more then one picture? Any help appreciated! Thanks!
it is baby blue with with 1 or 2 flowers that protrude from vase. it has one small handle on the top and one small handle on the bottom. it has a flat glaze for a finish over the hand painted piece. it stands about 12inch tall x 5inch in dia. the vase has its "weller" mark ingraved in the bottom along with a #- 12
