Ive found out that this creamer is English, but would really like to know what the stamp is and who the maker is. Im told its late 1800's to early 1900's.
Piece has several spindles and mounts with split wood none of which are the spindles inside the wheel itself, comb piece broken off but still have, wheel has gauges and cut marks in wood that does not effect motion and have the same patena as uncut wood. It has decorative cut out on foot treadle and strap/piece of wood that attaches to the foot treadle and wheel. No screws or nails at all. Sturdy, wheel moves freely.
