This Pharmacy statue used to stand in the LL Newcomer Pharmacy, 12th & Spruce Sts., Philadelphia, PA. The store was founded in the mid-1800's, and purchased by LL Newcomer in 1917. It was closed in the mid-70's. This statue stood in the store as long as we can remember.
I found this Royal Haeger by Royal Hickman pony vase at our local flea market. He stands a little over 12" high. His mane is parted where flowers can be placed. He has no ware #, and I have been unable to find another exactly like him. His glaze is a chocolate brown with green. He has one small chip on the underside of the base. He reminds me very much of the Paden City/Mosser Grecian Ponies. He is in excellent condition.
