Picture has started cracking.. 

What do you guys think??? I need to try to make out the artist's name that is hard to see now.

 We have no idea about this picture... Any Ideas???

We bought this painting at an estate sale in Upstate NY.  It looks like the season is changing from autumn to winter because the trees are losing their leaves.  There are 4 people sitting by the water on the ground and there is a lake and mountains in teh background.  It is signed with an initial and what looks to be the last name BRAUR.  The first initial could be a L, K, or W.  We can't make it out.

Large heavy cabinet. It can be configured many ways. The three top sections can be used as end tables, night stands, two together with the top board could be a coffee table.

The bottom has marble inserts and could be used as a buffet. Each door has colorful carvings I'm not sure what the material is.

I would like to know if there is a name for this type of cabinet and its Approxiate value.

This is in its original frame. It is a large painting of a sailing ship leaving a harbor toward the open sea.
