Normal wear and tear, Main lock can still lock but missing the key and the key whole has been damaged. Still has hinge locks to keep it securely closed. Has two large box inserts for storing smaller items on the inside.
I would like to know the approximate date period and value of this item. It appears to be handmade and the parts are fitted together very well. The scrollwork is very intricate and is matched very well on the opposite sides of the bedframe.
