This piece measures 12 inches high and the crystal part is about 14 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches high. There are no markings underneath but there is a small sticker on it saying Czechoslovakia handmade crystal and what looks like initials S.P.M. It does look like brass on metal since there are some places where you can see the silver. It is in excellent condition with only 1 very tiny chip which is barely noticible. I will be posting this item on ebay to sell.
