Friends of mine took care of children sent to US from Tyhlaind as a token of thanks to the couple who took care of there children while they went to school here in US. There were originaly 2 of these elephants. I have one and a friend has the other. I have never seen wooden elephants like them. They are huge and the carving is excellent. Tusks are made of some white wood as well as the toe nails. Photo on request
