 Green velvet? upholstered chair from earlier 1900's part of an estate

I am trying to identify this pattern's name, "replacements.com" was of no assistance.

I have 8 prints all SCHAFFHAUSEN.  With the name Lith v.E. Labhardt on them.  #2 MUHLENTHOR, #5 DEHLBERG, #10 SONNENBURG, #11 HOHLENBAUM, #14 BELLAIR, #18 IMTHURNEUM, #19 WIRTHSCHAFT zum MUHLENTHAL, and #22 TELLS-BRUNNEN.  I know nothing about these. And am interested in anything you might be able to tell me about them.  And if there could be some value in them that could be worth looking into.

 I have stroller, all parts, and the 2 pages of original paperwork. The stroller is in great condition other than some moisture damage on the removable pad pictured here. I am trying to find out more information on this Thayer's Model 1023, triple duty carriage...stroller....bassinet.

Acquired Tapestry at an antique shop.  Shop owner has owned it for twenty plus years.  Owner purchased a bed and breakfast that had this tapestry hanging in it.  She has since sold the b&b and opened up the antique shop and brought this with her.  Not sure of the exact age of the tapestry.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.   Not sure if it is hand made or machine made.
