NO design engraving of any kind. Simple, smooth finish. Spoon handle flairs near the end but rounds off at the end
I searched the Patterns posted both for Sterling and Silverplate but though I did see Stratford Silver Co. listed three times neither of those patterns are this one.

The picture below is NOT my spoon but it looks like except the handle flairs UP at the end
This portrait is named "Blossoms" notes on the bottom left have corner of the print/painting. In the lower right hand corner it is labled J.LAUSTEN & Co just above it there is writing but is blackened out appears to be _RYS_ _ _
