81 pieces in this set of china featuring silver stars (I believe are hand-painted), gray & tan branches with leaves in the center with a 1/4" pink band and a thin silver rim. Craftsman China logo, made in Japan, Stardust are on the back.

I think it is a tea infuser. It has a wooden handle on the side, a hinged lid and a single chamber with a strainer inside the chamber to strain what goes through the spout.
The bottom has the stamp of the FB rogers Silver Co and also has the number 2357 stamped on it.
Small porcelain bowl that held salt, which is an official piece of USSR Kremlin dinnerware. This bowl was obtained during an official dinner at the Kremlin in 1987 that was hosted by Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev. Provenance is a USSR itinerary of the official government visit (photo included).
