Face (bottom) of tray has large leafs and small acorns along  the edges; a top band is held on by leafs that are also attached to the bottom; the top band has two handles on it that are attached with leafs; all attachments are silver rivets; both the band and the bottom of the tray have the appearance of hammered silver
17 1/2 inch tall metal vase - slender. Grape and leaf design along top and at pedestal base. 3 marks underneath the vase: an anchor inside of a shield, a five-pointed crown, and the letter P inside of a diamond with 2 horizontal lines in the bottom part of the diamond.
There seems to be some shiny bits of material on the wood. I cannot tell if they were put there at the time the carving was made or by some owner after. Relief is of what looks to be warriors in various poses

Blown in mold applied blob top 9 1/4 inch tall clear glass full figure of a man. Appears military (czar like) w/goatee, epaulets on shoulders & maltese cross on uniform. Right arm across body, hand into uniform.  I'm thinking mid to late 1800's. Thanks for any info. Â
