Fabric scroll, almost canvas or plastic feel. Hologram sticker on back.
This was given to us by a family friend who travelled in china. We looked up word on hologram and found similar scrolls on Chinese language sites, but nothing exact.
I really would just like to now era of this chair and its value, this chair does not have any markings on the metal or in the wood anywhere that I can see. My mom purchased this chair about 20 years ago from a gentleman that bought a container supposedly from europe.
My grandfather gave me a radio cabinet. the top opens and stays up, the two front doors open and have a beautiful Iron Man decorative piece on the front the legs have a decorative piping this is all I got etched engravings on all four sides. it's in excellent condition. there's a peg on its underside but I can't read what it says.
Assumed this is a sewing table with its drawers and flip top compartments. I have owned this for probably about 16 years. It was a used furniture or antique store find I believe, gifted to me as a wedding gift. I was told it was bought for $75. Maker unknown, bought in Virginia. The only marks Ive found are a white 9 or possibly a 6, and what looks to be a p? The middle leg slat is in need of wood glue, as well as the top buffed out (hazard of a 2yr old and his sippy cup!), the hinges on the top need tightening as well. Otherwise its a great piece and in my opinion in very good shape! I would love some history and identification on this as well as any ideas on approximate value.
Garage sale find, bought for $15. The seat is not attached, I believe the previous owner was going to reupholster it. Its a study little seat, I figured it was a sewing chair as it was sold singly. I photographed the screws used, everything else appears to be glued in. Any information and approximate value is appreciated!
