I bought this picture(?) at a yard sale 20 years ago and I have not been able to find out much about it or seen another. The little I did find out led me to believe it is German.
I have a taylor swift doll that sings "our song" not opend . I thing about it is it has the wrong voice box in the doll. So the doll really sings hanna Montana "rocking around the Christmas tree". I got it in 2008 . So let me know what you think . Thank u
This is a French clock with the signature of A. Carrier, who I understand to be Albert Ernest Carrier-Belleuse Paris sculptor (1824-1887) on the bronze Woman's head. It also says A Paris deBronzes Charpentier. It comes with two candlesticks (20" high.) The clock stands about 17" tall with the head of the woman about 5.5". It is 15" wide. It has two "gargoyles" on the sides. I would appreciate any information and the value of the clock. Thank you. Lyle
This is a large crystal chandelier from a 1940's home. The chandelier is approximately 24" wide from arm to arm, and 22" tall from its hook to the lowest prism. Everything is in working order, no broken or missing pieces...although it could stand a little cleaning. There are eight arms/bulbs, the domes are etched with a grapevine pattern. Three teardrop shaped prisms hang from each arm, four from the bottom, as well as a globe-shaped prism. Each arm has a string of crystal prisms that drape from the top of the chandelier to where the globes rest. The label reads as follows:
