In addition to the value, I would like to get some more information on this company and this particular plate.  It is very beautiful and colorful.

The item resembles an antique bayonet. it is rusted, it has a ring on the flat end, it looks like something should be put in it.

 I am not entirely too sure what this picture is of; however, before my dad passed away he said that it was the devil and a virgin. Something like that. The pomegranates are there because of the greek mythology thing with Hades and Persephone where Hades tricked her into eating 4 pomegranate seeds. The ID on the blue and white sheet of paper is "CBS.6029.516"

 The container is filled with 86 proof jim beam whiskey that was aged 100 months prior to bottling. The words are raised on the bottle and the red seal is unbroken.
