this is a wonder horse rocking horse its been in the family for 40 years was handed down to me and i was wondering its worth

This set is exactly  the same as the previous one you appraized.. It's the same size and weight..

I have an odd piece that was found in an abandoned house the company I work for is doing testing in before it is set to be demolished. Its a wooden panel with flowers carved in it and the middle slides out and it has a carved owl on one end that has hinges and folds out/up. That about as good as I can explain it.. What in the world is it?

There are several stains and fraying spots due to years of 'dress up' games.  It's faded, but at one point was orange.

A little faded on the left side.

In case you can't read what it says on the top of the lantern it says
"STAR HEADLIGHT & LANTERN CO."  Has a star in the middle of the top of the lantern.

Immediately under the star it is stamped "PAT. PEND"

Beneath that it has ROCHESTER G.N.Y. USA

It has B&O R.R. embossed on side into metal.
