I do not have the band that came with the watch. The watch was given to me when my Grandfather passed away and I have kept it in a watch box. This is a self winding watch. I feel the watch is in excellent condition, glass does not appear to be scratched. Watch does work. The face on the watch has the number 12, 3, 6 & 9, all other numbers has II as the symbol. Will look at selling depending on the price of the watch.
I was given this carving by a friend, I'm not sure what it is, but it looks like jade, it is kind of an odd greenish-tan color. I think it's a carving of a mythincal chinese beast, but I'm not sure which one (Pi zhou maybe?). There are a few minor chips, but all are on the base, and none are on the beast itself. I did find a website with a similar piece, made of porcelain, not sure if this may be a copy of that design, or genuinely from the same period (1662 - 1722), but I have included a link to that piece below. Any info as to how old it might be, what the beast is, and what, if anything, it's worth would be greatly appreciated, thanks,
Had been cleaning out house, and came across these items. Looking to see if anyone has any knowledge on the makes/items, and if they might be worth something more than just having them melted per say. If they're valuable or worth anyhting, will be willing to sell them as well.
Photo is not them, but exactly the same (minus the lettering)
