I have a religious statue I purchased at an auction 10 years ago. I have no idea what it is or where it came from. Any help is greatly appreciated

This vase is possibly from Belgium area. Is very heavy 7-8 lbs. reflects circles so when viewed through it there are dozens of circles. Would like to find out maker and value. Is emerald green cut to clear.
