Genuine Lead crystal basket. Has Gold sticker with CLC or CIC made in either Germany or Greece. 1940-1950? Rose etched in the center of both sides with a triangle in the middle.
its 3d ceramic with brown glaze . not sure of much about it as it has no markings anywhere on it. if anyone knows value or anything else about this please let me know. [email protected]
You can see the details of the brush strokes. Image is in excellent condition. The back has stains (see photo). It was framed at Prager's, in Wheeling, W.VA. (see photo of tag), which is where my father lived when he first returned from WWII.
Dad fought in North Africa but also spent time in Rome. We don't know where he purchased the painting.
